Insurance documents are littered with technical jargon such as “All-Risks” and “Day One Reinstatement Basis”. We are able to explain terms and conditions in plain English.

A client should be covered for the right sum insured. If under-insured, there is a risk that the claim settlement will not cover the cost of reinstatement. If over-insured, the premium will be higher than it should be. We can carry out a valuation to determine the appropriate level of cover for your property, and can act as the intermediary to obtain competitive quotations from insurers.
Types of insurance cover which we place include buildings and engineering policies. For managed buildings, we are also able to place Employers’ Liability, Directors’ & Officers’ Liability, Common Parts Contents as well as other property-specific cover.
