Any party wishing to view will need to register their details in advance.  The condition of the buildings mean that  ‘open door’ block  viewings will not be possible – viewing time slots must be made in advance within the allotted times below – anyone arriving without a specific appointment (or in suitable clothing) may not be permitted access to the properties.

  • Tuesday 29th August, 2.30pm to 3.30pm at allocated 10 minute time slots
  • Saturday 2nd September 11am to 12noon at allocated 10 minute time slots
  • Thursday 7th September 10am to 11am at allocated 10 minute time slots

The plot tapers to the rear, but has a frontage of approximately 36’ (10.97m), and an average depth of approximately 53’ (16.15m).

It is very difficult to pass around the sides and along the rear of the property, as it is heavily overgrown.

Viewing internally is at the viewer’s own risk – wellington boots are essential, as well as old clothing

You will see from the site plan that at least one of the boundaries is not clearly defined.  Hannah Court stands on a plot with a frontage of approximately 30ft (9.14m) – with an approximate average depth of 115ft (35.05m).
