Maunder Taylor is an independent estate agent in North London committed to helping our clients invest in commercial property. We are on hand to assist clients that are either looking to acquire a commercial property investment, or looking to acquire a share in a commercial property investment.

Our Commercial Management Department take on the management responsibilities so that our investors do not have that to worry about, and ownership is dealt with by way of shares in each property. Shared Investments

We have a large number of clients who do not want to buy a whole property or take on the management risks and responsibilities. We have a growing portfolio of specific commercial properties which generally offer a 7-8% yield per annum net of purchase and management costs that is payable quarterly in advance.

Direct Investments

We also have clients who want to invest directly into commercial property. We work with those clients by recommending certain investment opportunities in the local market or in auction catalogues for their further consideration, acting on their behalf in negotiations through the point of instructing solicitors right up to completion.
