Bruce Maunder Taylor – FRICS MAE has specialist knowledge in regard to residential service charge and management disputes, commercial rent review and lease termination disputes, valuation disputes and boundary disputes. Bruce has acted as Arbitrator in many cases over the last 15 years.

Jason Mellor – DipSurvPrac has specialist knowledge in regard to Leasehold Reform Act valuations and disputes pursuant to both the 1967 and 1993 Acts, dealing with lease extensions and collective enfranchisement.

Michael Maunder Taylor – BA(Hons) MSc FRICS FIRPM has specialist knowledge in regard to residential service charge and management disputes, and specialises in cases concerning the appointment of a manager pursuant to section 24 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1987.
